David Chang, MD
David S. Chang, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon offering various breast reconstruction procedures at Kind Chang Plastic Surgery in San Francisco, California. He specializes in all areas of plastic surgery but has particular expertise in breast reconstruction, including DIEP flap surgery.
Dr. Chang is one of the select surgeons now offering breast neurotization with ReSensation℠. By adding the ReSensation technique to autologous (free flap) breast reconstruction, Dr. Chang provides women the possibility of a more complete reconstruction – one that potentially restores both the look and feel of the breast after a mastectomy.
While breast reconstruction can restore the shape, size, symmetry and softness of breasts – known as the four “S’s” – reconstruction doesn’t typically focus on the fifth “S,” sensation.
