Joseph M. Serletti, MD, FACS is a leading plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Philadelphia who specializes in free flap (autologous) breast reconstruction, reconstructive microsurgery, and aesthetic breast and facial surgery. He is chief of plastic surgery at Penn Medicine, the largest free flap reconstruction center in the United States by volume.

For decades, Dr. Serletti has been at the forefront of breast reconstruction research and providing women with the latest surgical advancements. He is now performing Resensation℠, a breast neurotization technique which he uses to reconnect the nerves in the newly formed breast during free flap reconstruction. This gives women the potential to have sensation restored to their breasts after a mastectomy.

It’s important for women to know that Resensation is available and may provide an option to help change your life.
